V, o tln (.grpns: tpo no h. HI HI to about so, ch1o it is equipped with at least an additional TfiJibHt .iM distribution disk n directly installed between conical sleeves {disks of conical bushings between which an annular channel is formed, the width of the entrance zone of which is selected corresponding to the width of the output zone of concentrically arranged holes, and the width of the exit zone of the annular channel is chosen corresponding to the width of the common collar groove of the subsequent distribution disk. 3. Device no. 1, which means that the total annular groove is concentric with the axis of the distribution disc and has a 1-shaped cross-section. 4. The device according to PP. 1-3, about t and ch and e with the fact that the distributor disk is equipped with a central distribution cone. Priority points: 12/06/82 in paragraphs 1 and A; 11 .05.83 according to claim 2; 12/05/83 on clause 3. The invention relates to the field of chemical engineering, in particular to screw extruders for mixing and homogenization of thermoplastic I.PI elastomer masses. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of the melt by increasing the degree of homogenization and reducing the destruction of the boundary layer of the melt. FIG. 1 shows a distribution disc, a longitudinal section; in fig. 2 is a view A of FIG. one; in fig. 3 view B in FIG. one; in fig. 4 shows a section B-B in FIG. 1 and the section GG in FIG. 1, with the intersection of the section lines marked by a dotted line; in fig. 5 - distribution block consisting of two distribution discs; in fig. 6 - distribution disc with a V-shaped in cross-section annular groove; in fig. 7 is a view of D in FIG. 6; in fig. 8 view E in FIG. 6; in fig. 9 - distribution block with V-shaped annular grooves of distribution discs; in fig. 10 is a longitudinal section of a distribution block of four distribution discs mounted on the shank of auger transport. . The device contains a screw extruder (not shown), a housing 1 with an annular distribution disk 2 arranged in it, made with holes 3 with input 4 and output 5 zones. The holes 3 are radially alternatingly converging to direct the melt flow to the longitudinal axis of the device. and diverging to direct the melt stream from it. In the exit zone 5. of the openings 3, a cutting edge 6 is formed. The entrance zone 4 of converging and diverging openings 3 is located in the common annular groove 7. The device is equipped with at least one additional distribution disk 8 (see FIG. 5) and concentrically mounted between disks 2, 8 conical sleeves 9, 10. Between the sleeves 9, 10 is formed an annular channel 11, the width of the input zone which is selected corresponding to the width of the output zone 5 concentrically arranged holes 3. The width of the entrance zone of the annular channel 11 is selected corresponding to the width of the common annular groove 7 of the subsequent distribution disk 8. The distribution discs 2, 8 and the sleeves 9, 10 are fastened together by means of bolts 12 with a central distribution cone 13 and a conical head 14. Sleeve 15 is mounted to hold the distribution unit. The distribution disk 2 can be made (see Fig. 6) with a V-shaped B cross-section of the total 3 an annular groove 16, at the base of which are located the entrances of converging and diverging holes 3. The block made of distributing disks 17 is fastened by means of a bolt 18 with conic heads 19, 20. For supplying the melt, the device is equipped with a screw conveyor 21 and inlet channel 22, and for removal of the melt, an outlet channel 23. The operation of the device is as follows. The melt is supplied by the screw conveyor 21 to the feed channel 22, then to the distribution disk 2, where it is divided in holes 3 into sector-like partial flows, which are radially converging towards the device and diverging from it. The melt streams are then joined along the annular channel 11. The boundary layer of the melt is also divided into strips and partially directed in the direction of the longitudinal axis, where the boundary melt flow forms from it in the middle region. The outer bands of the boundary layers form a boundary layer of half thickness. In the subsequent additional distribution disk 8 (the number of disks is determined by the required degree of melt homogenization), the melt stream is once again separated and the partial streams are reconnected, so that the boundary layers of the continuous continuous mass overlap each other in the form of respectively thinner concentric annular layers . One distribution in one disk 2 therefore provides two layers, two distributions — four layers, three distributions — eight superimposed layers and n distributions — 2 superimposed layers. The layers will no longer be in the form of strips, but elongated, superimposed on each other, so that homogenization is achieved and the marks of the boundary layers are not noticeable. Ring ring: the different shape of the supply channel of the 22 holes 3 ensures the elimination of dead zones and prevents melt stagnation, V-shaped in a peppered section a total annular groove 16 permits 3294 It is necessary to install distribution discs 2, 8 for multiple distribution of the melt one by one (see FIG. The spreading disc 2 and the distribution blocks composed of it respectively can be arranged stationary in the melt channel, for example in the melt channel, with a screw extruder and a forming extruder tool just before the branch of the melt channel. However, it can also be fixed on the body of the screw conveyor 21 of the screw extruder (see Fig. 10) in order to provide improved mixing in the extruder while eliminating interfering boundary layers In this way, the defects of the boundary layers are interlayered and become. imperceptible. The distribution discs 2, 8 and the distribution block made of them have only insignificant resistance to the melt flow, due to the insignificant pressure levels. The cost of manufacturing the distribution discs and the distribution block is relatively small. The most difficult part is formed by a disk with holes for moving the melt and the input and output zones developed in it. By milling in a copier, milling with digital control or precision casting, the distribution discs can be manufactured for multiple use. All other parts are SIMPLE turning parts. The distribution discs, respectively, distribution block, are preferably used before each separation of the channel 22 for the passage of the melt after the screw extruder, for example, by simply dividing the channel 22, using a cutting edge (not shown) to distribute the melt into two or more extruder heads of the screw extruders from the bottom w heads. The distribution discs, respectively, of the distribution block, can be used inside the extrusion head when separation of the melt flow is necessary, for example, in the case of blow heads for a foil with several distribution spirals. The distribution discs and distribution blocks are described with round Type A holes in the form of radially symmetric elements. However, they can be made with flat holes of low height.
